Built between 1912-1920, this 10-storey tall granite-faced building is now a versatile, collaborative space for both creatives and business professionals alike. 

Conveniently situated less than two blocks from both Waterfront and Stadium Skytrain stations, and with multi-level parkade across the street, we are easily accessible by transit and car.

Offering multiple unique and spacious rooms, the Seymour Building can accommodate both vintage and modern ambiences. Our main studio is an ideal space for rehearsals, film shoots, castings and screenings, business presentations, performances, independent classes, and more.
